Return & Refund Policy – Radhe Krishna House

At Radhe Krishna House – A Laddu Gopal Store, every product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the best quality.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • An unboxing video is mandatory for claims related to damaged, missing, or incorrect items.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products used or damaged after delivery.

  • Orders placed with the wrong size or design selected by the customer.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Return requests made after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Products without an unboxing video (for damage or wrong item claims).

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as a store credit, where applicable.

  • Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.
