Return & Exchange Policy
Important: Opening Video Required
To request a return or exchange, an opening video of the product is mandatory. You can raise a request within 3 days of delivery if there is a genuine issue (with video proof). Once we accept your request, we will arrange a pickup from your address, and a refund will be issued after we receive and verify the product. This process typically takes 7 days from the return request date.
Pickup & Return Process
- Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you may need to send the item to our address at your own cost.
- Return availability may vary based on your area’s serviceability.

- Ensure the product is returned in the same condition it was shipped. Worn or poorly returned items will not be refunded.
Size & Exchange Requests
If you received the correct item and size but wish to exchange it, you must cover the shipping charges (based on dimensions). For returns, a minimum fee of ₹150 applies for parcels up to 500g; charges vary with weight and size.
Non-Returnable Collections
Returns and exchanges are not accepted for Laddu Gopal furniture, jewelry, or items below ₹50 (unless defective, with opening video).
Refunds & Credits
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed back to your bank account within 7 days.
- COD orders will receive a coupon code equivalent to the order value, valid for 1 year.
- Note: Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations
Cancellations are possible only before dispatch from our warehouse.
