Shipping Time
Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours after confirmation, especially for COD orders. Delays may occur due to natural events, holidays, or festival seasons (e.g., Janmashtami, Diwali, Holi). Our team carefully packs orders and partners with reliable couriers for prompt delivery. Estimated delivery times are:

Metro Cities: 2-5 business days
Other Locations: 4-8 business days

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: ₹70 shipping for orders ≤ ₹500;
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

Orders ₹0-500: ₹120
Orders ₹501-100,000: ₹100

Note:

If an order is canceled, lost, or undelivered, we will refund the full amount, including shipping.
For partial order cancellations, shipping charges are non-refundable.
For returns, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
